Clarksville Parks and Recreation Fall Family Campout has been rescheduled to a new date

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department’s Fall Family Campout at Billy Dunlop Park has been rescheduled.
The Family Campout, originally scheduled to be held Saturday, September 21st, through Sunday, September 22nd, at the park located at 1930 East Boy Scout Road will now be held Saturday, September 28th through Sunday, September 29th at the same location. [Read more]
Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce events for September, 2013

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce announces upcoming events during the month of September.
On September 14th at 8:00am, the Clarksville Young Professionals will be hosting their annual Give A Kick Kickball Tournament at the Swan Lake Sports Complex, 2002 Sanders Road. Reservations for teams are still being accepted and all proceeds will benefit Imagination Library. [Read more]

Registration is underway for the spring family camp out beginning at 2:00pm Saturday, September 21st, until 9:00am Sunday, September 22nd, at the park located at 1930 East Boy Scout Road.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation Seeking Citizens Ideas for Burchwood Park

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s Parks & Recreation Department will conduct a Neighborhood Input Workshop on Tuesday, August 27th at 6:30pm regarding the future of Burchwood Park. Burchwood Park is a mini-park located at 2608 Burch Street just off of Fort Campbell Blvd. in North Clarksville and is a park in transition and ready for upgrades.
Park background will be presented, along with discussion about park needs, themes, and other issues affecting the park design and the neighborhood. In addition, a short questionnaire will be distributed to the citizens to obtain priority projects to ultimately develop a Conceptual Master Plan for the Park. [Read more]
