Clarksville Parks and Recreation to host Job Fair

Clarksville, TN – For those looking for seasonal and part-time jobs, Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Job Fair may be the solution. The event is scheduled from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday, March 12th at Crow Community Center, located at 211 Richview Road.
A variety of positions are available in the department’s Aquatic, Maintenance, and Programming Divisions.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation and USO of Fort Campbell partner to host Veterans Fair

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation and the USO of Fort Campbell have joined forces to offer a free fair for veterans and their families on Saturday, March 5th from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the Kleeman Community Center.

Tickets on Sale Now for Clarksville’s Third Annual Daddy Daughter Date Night

Clarksville, TN – Enjoy a night of fun at the Third Annual Daddy Daughter Date Night. Hosted by Clarksville Parks and Recreation, the event will be held Saturday, April 2nd at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center from 6:30pm – 9:30pm.
Tickets are on sale now and include an evening filled with dinner, dancing, and dessert. Prizes and fun activities will be happening all night long.

Construction work scheduled at the Clarksville Greenway

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation will install a safety barrier rail on a section of the Clarksville Greenway from Mary’s Oak trailhead to Heritage Park.
Construction is scheduled to occur between February 15th and March 11th and at times, this section of trail will be closed.

Registration is underway for the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Youth Recreation Leagues

Clarksville, TN – Registration for the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Youth Recreation Leagues is underway. Participants can register now through March 28th at any of our three community centers, the Parks and Recreation office as well as online at www.cityofclarksville.com/parksrec
The baseball, softball and t-ball leagues are open to youth ages 5 to 14. For first time participants, birth certificates are required at time of registration to verify the child’s age.
