The guild offers details about more than 150 programs and events, a detailed map showing all 48 of the department’s parks, trails and facilities, and information about rentals for private functions.

Clarksville, TN – It had been raining early in the morning and rain was forecasted all day, but it let up during the Hilltop Supermarket 2019 Dwayne Byard Memorial BBQ Cook-Off. The event was held Saturday, May 4th.
“The weather actually turned out great. We thought it was going to pour down all day,” said Cody Jackson, Hilltop Supermarket. “It was a little cloudy with a few drops of rain but it wasn’t bad at all. We got lucky.”

City of Clarksville to celebrate Arbor Day on April 5th

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville will celebrate Arbor Day by planting two poplar trees at 11:00am on Friday, April 5th, 2019 at Barksdale Elementary School, 1920 Madison Street.
The trees to be planted have been donated by the Clarksville Tree Board.

How to Make a Seed Bomb will be held from 10:00am to noon, Saturday, April 13th at Billy Dunlop Park. Clarksville City Forester Kathrine Killebrew will teach participants how to make seed bombs and use them to grow flowers.
