Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation is excited to host the 4th annual holiday shopping event, Handmade Holidays, Saturday, November 14th from 9:00am to 4:00pm and Sunday, November 15th from noon to 4:00pm at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center at Liberty Park, located at 1188 Cumberland Drive.
Admission is free!

Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department Set to Unveil Public Art, Ribbon Cutting November 4th

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s Parks and Recreation Department invites the public to a Ribbon Cutting for the first public art piece, Forged in Fire, installed in downtown Clarksville. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 4th, 2015 along the Upland Trail on South Spring Street.

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department, Altra Federal Credit Union and the downtown businesses have combined forces for this year’s One Frightful Night, also known as Fright on Franklin on Saturday, October 31st from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
One Frightful Night is a free, family-friendly event featuring safe trick-or-treating, costume contests, and much more in Historic Downtown Clarksville! Follow the screams (of delight) to an afternoon of frightening-ly fun Halloween-themed activities.
Clarksville Parks and Recreation to hold Adaptive Swim Day at the Indoor Aquatic Center Friday, October 30th

Clarksville, TN – The Indoor Aquatic Center, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, invites children and adults with mental or physical disabilities to Adaptive Swim Day on Friday, October 30th from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
Learn more about our Adaptive Swim Lessons, become familiar with the pool and meet our instructors. Swimmers will have the opportunity to get in the water, access the Wibits, and enjoy crafts and refreshments.
