The Clarksville’s Parks and Recreation Department is proud to offer a co-ed youth basketball league for boys and girls ages 7 to 15.
Volunteer coaches will work with children to improve individual skills in dribbling, passing, and shooting, while instilling values in teamwork and sportsmanship.
Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Community Centers to add Adaptive Programming

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation community centers will be adding adaptive programming thanks to a $2,500 grant received by the Clarksville Association for Down Syndrome.
The grant was awarded by the “Healthy Middle TN: Meaningful Improvements Designed Through Networks” program, which enhances local and regional health initiatives that link economic development and business with health, education and human services organizations.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation to host Morning with the Easter Bunny

Clarksville, TN – Hop in for a fun-filled time from 10:00am to noon Saturday, April 15th at Clarksville’s Morning with the Easter Bunny at Crow Recreation Center, 211 Richview Road.

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation has teamed up with Healthy Clarksville to offer a new walking + running program, R.U.N., designed to help you along the road of self-discovery and fitness.
This 16-week training program is structured to help beginners cross the finish line of your first 5K at Queen City Road Race on May 6th (which is optional) and to help more advanced runners beat your previous personal records and set new goals for yourself.
