The Ace Party Band livens up Downtown Clarksville

Montgomery County, TN – The Ace Party Band played at Downtown @ Sundown Friday night, July 15th to the delight of everyone that attended. The weather was alittle warm at first, but a nice cool breeze helped cool things down.
“Tonight we have the Ace Party Band at Downtown @ Sundown. The crowd is super pumped. The band is playing a mix of genres. They have everyone up dancing and singing,” said Elizabeth Quinton Downtown Commons event planning manager.

Beginning at 7:00pm, acoustic opener Wesley Beeler will take the stage. Wesley has played at numerous local venues and we are excited to welcome him to Downtown Commons!
Following Wesley, Absolute Queen will take the crowd back to the pop and rock of the ‘70s. Absolute Queen has spent hundreds of hours in the studio studying Queen’s many-layered harmony vocals and instrumentation to bring you the most authentic-sounding Queen Live experience.
Barracuda performance lifts the Heart of Downtown Clarksville

Montgomery County, TN – Downtown Clarksville came alive Friday night as Barracuda America’s Heart Tribute took the stage at Downtown @ Sundown.
“Tonight we have the Heart tribute band Barracuda. This is actually their time trying to come out to the Downtown Commons. We had a COVID year. We had a rainout. So this is our third attempt at getting Barracuda out here, stated Elizabeth Quinton Downtown Commons event planning manager. “They are super excited. They are from Nashville.”

Following Kelsey, Barracuda will take the stage! Barracuda is known for their monster vocals and unceasing stellar performances which has created a solid foundation for this fabulous tribute to Heart. Beginning at 7:00pm, Tennessee Pluckers will take the stage. This local country and southern rock band is composed of Kyle Clements, Logan Moore and Wes Page and play at various local venues, county festivals, basketball arenas and amphitheaters.

Becoming a viral sensation on TikTok, Priscilla has over 1.3 million followers with top songs like Just About Over You and her newest release “My Bar.” Starting out her ‘Welcome to the Block Tour’ Clarksville will get to see Priscilla Block live in concert totally free! Priscilla Block has been nominated for a CMT award and will be performing at CMA Fest this summer.
Fifth Annual Downtown @ Sundown Concert Series

Montgomery County, TN – The 2022 Downtown @ Sundown Concert series will reopen Friday night, May 6th at 7:00pm with featured artist, Priscilla Block at the Downtown Commons.
Food vendors like Driving you Donuts, Burgasm, Heather’s Homemade Ice Cream, Kadi’s Tacos, Firelime Offshore Grill, and Tater Headz will be in rotation this season. Beer and other beverages will be for sale by our featured non-profit, United Way of the Greater Clarksville Region. Chairs and blankets are welcome; however, no pets, coolers, smoking/vaping, or outside alcohol is allowed on site.
Clarksville’s Christmas Parade brings holiday cheer to Downtown

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville’s Lighted Christmas Parade returned to the streets of Downtown Clarksville on Saturday, as thousands came out to watch local marching bands, and an array of floats portraying this year’s theme, Gingerbread House.
Prior to the start of the parade, the Downtown Commons ice rink was packed with skaters, Santa Claus visited with families near a giant Christmas tree, and First Presbyterian Church hosted its Sixth Annual SpiritFest.
