F&M Bank announces Becca Marchman as New Head of Retail Banking

With more than 16 years in the financial services industry and a deep knowledge of retail banking, Marchman joined F&M to fully utilize her expertise and talent. Her proficiencies include developing programs and strategies to decrease retail turnover, engaging new hires, and ensuring appropriate communication to deliver strategic initiatives and effectively measure their execution.
Customs House Museum and Cultural Center announces Newly Renovated Explorers Landing Children’s Area to Reopen January 29th

Clarksville, TN – Explorers Landing has been a popular feature of the Customs House Museum & Cultural Center for more than 25 years. In October of 2020, the Museum announced a generous donation from the Kiwanis Club of Clarksville in order to renovate the beloved space.
Fast forward 15 months and the newly renovated space will open for the first time to Museum visitors on Saturday, January 29th, 2022 since its closure in November 2021.
Heart Tribute Band Barracuda plays Downtown @ Sundown on October 15th

Barracuda is America’s premier tribute to the famous rock band, Heart. The band is known for their monster vocals, brilliant musicianship and stellar performances recreating the songs of the 70s, 80s and 90s that are still loved by Heart fans around the world. Montgomery County, TN – Downtown @ Sundown will feature country musician Jon Langston during this week’s concert at 7:00pm September 17th, 2021 at Downtown Commons.
Langston grew up in Georgia and has worked with country music artist Luke Bryan on multiple tours and was recently signed under Bryan’s new label 32 Bridge Entertainment with EMI Records Nashville. Langston’s debut major label single, “When It Comes To Loving You” reached No. 1 on the all-genre iTunes Chart. His most recent single, “Now You Know”, reached the Top 30 on the radio charts.

Rubik’s Groove is a premier 80’s & 90’s Tribute Band! This high-energy, character-driven act is meant to keep people on their feet dancing all night. Based in Nashville, this group has performed at events for the Music City Bowl, Nashville Predators, Tennessee Titans, and the St. Jude Joy of Life Mardi Gras Ball. This concert is sure to be a fun time for all ages.

The event will be held Thursday, August 12th, and Friday, August 13th, 2021 at the Art + Design Building on the campus of Austin Peay State University.
