Legends Bank presents the beloved award-winning musical Disney’s “Alice In Wonderland, Jr.” at the Roxy Regional Theatre, May 17th through June 8th.
Performed by sixty-one local youth, ages 10 to 18, from the Roxy Regional School of the Arts, this fast-paced take on the classic tale was adapted by David Simpatico from the 1951 Disney film and the novels by Lewis Carroll.

Clarksville, TN – For over half a century, her memoir has captured the hearts of millions around the world. Now the Roxy Regional Theatre is bringing to life the inspirational true story of a young girl swept up in the turmoil of the Holocaust in “The Diary of Anne Frank”, opening Friday, February 17th, at 8:00pm.
During the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands, Anne Frank began to keep a diary on June 14th, 1942, two days after her thirteenth birthday and twenty-two days before going into hiding with her mother, father, sister and four others.
The Awesome 80’s Prom Dances Through the Roxy Regional Theatre

Clarksville, TN – Written by Ken Davenport, “The Awesome 80’s Prom” at the Roxy Regional Theatre featured a cast that sparkled through the music of the era with not only audience participation throughout but sizzling singing and dancing.
Joe Filippo as Mr. Richard “Dick” Snelgrove, the principal, attempted to keep the boisterous cast in line as Stephanie Stafford as Mrs. Patty Lascalzo (or Mrs. L, the drama teacher) announced irrelevant interruptions such as the Alabama car parked in the wrong spot.
Grace Among the Leavings Debuts at the Roxy Regional Theatre

Clarksville, TN – Local author Beverly Fisher was present in theotherspace at the Roxy Regional Theater on Monday, June 20th, as her novella “Grace Among the Leavings” turned dramatic presentation debuted in Clarksville.
Based on Fisher’s family research and Civil War gleanings, “Grace Among The Leavings” tells the story of eleven-year-old Grace Meadows and her family’s hard times in the wake of war.
It features Ava DoVanne, a rising seventh grader, in the starring role. As Grace, DoVanne showed her command of the script and the stage in her performance.

Following months of adapting, rewriting and workshopping, Beverly Fisher’s Civil War novella “Grace Among The Leavings” completes its journey to the stage of the Roxy Regional Theatre’s theotherspace with four staged readings, June 20th – June 28th.
Originally adapted to the stage by Dennis Darling and Kari Catton and produced by Theatre in the Park in Lincoln’s New Salem State Historic Site in Illinois, “Grace Among The Leavings” underwent further adaptation this past year by Roxy Regional Theatre co-founder and artistic director John McDonald.
