Batson Nolan PLC adds Matthew Ellis to firm

Clarksville, TN – Batson Nolan PLC is pleased to announce that Matthew J. Ellis is now a Member of the firm. Matthew was born in Clarksville and raised in nearby Cedar Hill, Tennessee. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Navy.
After his service, he returned home to attend Austin Peay State University. He graduated in 2000 and went on to attend law school at The Vermont Law School. Upon graduation in 2004, Matthew began his practice with Batson Nolan.
Maggie Smith joins Batson Nolan

Clarksville, TN – Batson Nolan, PLC announces the addition of Maggie Smith as an Associate with the firm.
Raised in Clarksville, Tennessee and a graduate of Rossview High School, Maggie attended college at Austin Peay State University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2009.
She completed her law degree at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2012.
Batson Nolan PLC announces Jennifer Gower and Katie Downey join firm

Clarksville, TN – Batson Nolan PLC is pleased to announce the addition of two associate attorneys, Jennifer Gower and Katie Downey, to the firm.
Jennifer, a native of Springfield, Tennessee, received her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree graduating magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 2005. She received her law degree from the same school in 2009.
APSU announces Reevers as new University attorney

Clarksville, TN – The former middle Tennessee commissioner on the Tennessee Claims Commission has been tapped as the next attorney for Austin Peay State University.
Stephanie R. Reevers, of Nashville, will begin her new duties October 1st. She succeeds Richard Jackson, who retired in May 2011.
Reevers received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt School of Law in Nashville and a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology and French from Duke University in Durham, NC. [Read more]
